The place would have been a lot better if the management actually cared about the people staying.
The apartment had proper facilities and came well equipped.
This is being advertised as an apartment with great view, yet the owner or managers of the place put up tents that can't been seen through against "wind and possible noise". When we called them about removing them, we got remarks like 'is the view so important?' which makes us wonder if the owner has an idea of what this 'privilegebnb accommodation management' is doing with their customers. We will most definitely never consider staying at this apartment again with such attitude of the management company.

Πρόκειται για διαμέρισμα σε υπερυψωμένο σημείο με εκπληκτική θέα, η οποία φαίνεται καθαρά από το σαλόνι και δίνει την αίσθηση ενός «ζωντανού πίνακα» μέσα στο σπίτι. Η θέρμανση ήταν εξαιρετική, η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και γενικά το κατάλυμα διαθέτει τις βασικές παροχές που θα περίμενε κανείς από ένα σπίτι. Οι διαχειριστές ήταν προσβάσιμοι σε πρακτικά ζητήματα (π.χ. μας ενημέρωσαν για αντικείμενο που είχαμε ξεχάσει ώστε να το παραλάβουμε).
Η καθαριότητα, τουλάχιστον κατά τη δική μου διαμονή, ήταν ανεπαρκής. Υπήρχε η αίσθηση ότι η τουαλέτα δεν είχε καθαριστεί επαρκώς από προηγούμενους ενοίκους (τρίχες και μόνιμο πουρί παλαιότητας στη λεκάνη). Τα έπιπλα του μπάνιου είναι φθαρμένα και φουσκωμένα, ενώ η βρύση του νιπτήρα παρουσιάζει διαρροή και μειωμένη ροή λόγω αλάτων. Στον χώρο υπήρχε μόνιμη και έντονη οσμή παλαιότητας και κλεισούρας, η οποία μειωνόταν μόνο με συνεχή αερισμό καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. Επιπλέον, το διπλό κρεβάτι είναι παλιό και τρίζει, γεγονός που επηρεάζει την ποιότητα ύπνου όλης της οικογένειας.

Άνεση και ηρεμία με θέα τη λίμνη.
Μεγάλη βεράντα με εξαιρετική θέα στη λίμνη όλες τις ώρες της ημέρας. Μεγάλοι, φωτεινοί και άνετοι χώροι προστατευμένοι με πόρτα ασφαλείας. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Ήσυχη τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο και εύκολο παρκάρισμα στο δρόμο μπροστά από την πολυκατοικία. Όλα όσα ζητούσαμε κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας!
