Location was good
I was dealing with the property manager of this apartment who was rude and not helpful with toilet issue.
There was no sign in bathroom or warning not to flush paper in the toilet neither we were advised in the welcome and instructions email where to get key and how to use water heater etc. no mention no paper flushing in toilet. The toilet got blocked after 1 night stay and I paid for 5 nights. I was offered an alternate apartment further down and advised I will be refunded the 4 nights at Anastasia in a week but to secure the alternate apartment I had to make a new booking throug and pay for it in full which I did. He sent a maintenance plumber without tools to unblock it.
I couldn’t stay at Anastasia without a toilet as another plumber with tools could not come till next day. I had to get ready for an event that day and moved to new apartment however was late and missed most of the event due to moving.
I tried contacting the property manager about my refund and ignored my messages and phone calls. At last he replied and said I will not be getting my refund as the plumber discovered paper in the toilet that caused the blockage and cost 300 euros to unblock.
I asked him twice to provide me with invoice from the plumber showing what works were carried out as my family that live in Kastoria queried it saying it was too high. He did not provide it and said the owner has it and not to pressure him with my messages anymore as he can’t do anything and as I have family in Kastoria they should have told me I can’t flush paper in toilet “regardless if there was no sign”. !
In Australia,England,America we flush toilet paper. We don’t know if NO sign.
I travelled over Greece and Greek islands. Some hotels and restaurants had sign not to flush so I obeyed the rules others had NO sign so I flushed paper.
If the apartment had a sign not to flush I would have obeyed.
I am now 250 euros out of pocket!

Πολύ καλό σημείο , βρίσκεις πολύ εύκολα πάρκινγκ . Πολλές παροχές για μια άνετη διαμονή. Ιδανικό και για οικογένεια από ότι είδαμε. Καθαρό δωμάτιο . Είχαμε μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Ανύπαρκτη καθαριότητα και υγιεινή σε ολους τους χώρους . Μυρωδιά μούχλας στο μπάνιο σε ακραίο βαθμό .
Παρότι μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το σκύλο μας, δεχτήκαμε δύο φορές παρατήρηση από γείτονες.
