Beautiful and very clean

Central city location. We had the whole apartment. Easy to relax and enjoy the city skyline. Food,cafes and Calgary tower just outside. Grocery 5 mins easy flat walk. Comfy bed, clean bath and shower. Relaxing balcony with views.

Sometimes we were too hot inside because unused to central heating but we just opened the balcony sliding door.

The view was amazing.

ISSUED PARKING FINE when parking in designated spot.Host not willing to pay for his error.

Great location, spacious apartment lovely furnishings. Super comfy bed! And an amazing view for sunrise and downtown!

Shockingly awful communication with hosts. I instantly contacted them via the app and via WhatsApp (every correspondence was via both). My other place cancelled, I booked this one 3 days prior to arrival, only after booking did they show that you can check in at 4pm that very late in my opinion. I request 1-2hrs earlier, no replies on any platform for two days. Day before arrival, I sent more messages, no reply. Sent msg prior to my flight departing, nothing on arrival (4hr flight) I then tried calling and messaging and finally an answer on the phone, hard to understand the communication. WhatsApp msgs were useless. I asked for the address, the name of the building, the possibility of check in early. 10min after phone call, I was told you can check in early (30min early). Then passed to another person, who kept telling me to buzz the owner. I explained, I have no contact, no information. Repeatedly told to buzz the owner on arrival. Finally after much persuading, I got 'the msg' with all the details. Used the pad as instructed to contact owner, they were out of the country I was told hence why they didn't answer. Host said 'no problem, I'll be there in 15 depending on traffic'. Once in the building, he wanted to leave and had to beg him to get me into the condo. No hairdryer in the condo as advertised. Long black hair here n there (especially in the bathroom). And I still don't know how I get the lift, using the fob to select the ground floor, and put the fob back on the coffee table. I used my cases to keep doors open. Very in organized. I think my 6 is generous.
