The location is very good, the street just outside the building has loads of restaurants, bars, it is close to the stadium and an easy walk to city center. We used the bus/train only to go the airport and it was very easy.
It is a good value for money because of the location, however, the interior, decoration are old, the windows are not good, and there is a smell once you open the door (maybe from vape, waterpipe).

Booking.com shows price & once payment completed the owner charges double saying its for the cleaning.

Modem kitchen and good pressure in the shower. Cost-effective accommodation for a short stay.
The location was a bit grungy and a number of homeless people always around. Parking was a nightmare with the allocated car park often occupied and absolutely nothing we could do about it. The owner reacted very quickly to my questions and concerns which was helpful.
