The location was very convenient as it was close to many downtown locations. It was comfortable and nice, albeit a bit old. Given the price point, it was well worth it. Facilities were good, including a TV, kitchen items, and coffee. Did not use the parking or WiFi. The entrance area and the surrounding area can be crowded, given that the location is just in front of a popular nightlife pub, and there are many restaurants nearby.
More information on where everything was would have been better (iron/linen/TV remote, etc.) Windows and balcony locking were not working well.

Modem kitchen and good pressure in the shower. Cost-effective accommodation for a short stay.
The location was a bit grungy and a number of homeless people always around. Parking was a nightmare with the allocated car park often occupied and absolutely nothing we could do about it. The owner reacted very quickly to my questions and concerns which was helpful.
