Never book this place! There are lots of other Better options.

As a result - nothing as there was much more terrible things than good.

NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE (Had to cut it short — Booking caps reviews at 2,000 characters.) Looking for a private villa with a pool, silence, and peace for $400/night? Keep looking — this is not it. We booked an “entire villa” expecting privacy. At check-in, the host casually mentioned she would “stay for a few nights”. In fact someone was there almost every day. We saw the host, her mother, and a rotating cast of characters wandering the yard like they owned it (they kind of do). Turns out, this is not a villa — it’s half of a house. The pool? 1.5 meters from their windows. Your doors/windows? 1.5 meters from theirs. Shared yard, shared building, zero privacy. Imagine swimming while being watched like a zoo animal. We have videos/photos to prove it. Maintenance staff appeared around 9–10 PM to water plants. A hairdresser even walked toward our part of the house without knocking. The host also asked us to report when everyone is inside so she could set the alarm. Big Brother vibes? 100%. “Private parking”? Just public street parking, dark and empty. One night the car alarm went off, and I was out in pajamas checking if the car was still there. We booked 3 bedrooms. One was locked. The host claimed we owed €320 more. Booking.com confirmed that was false. Then she “graciously waived” the made-up fee. How kind. We also lost a €150 pet deposit. She showed us a photo of poo in the yard — despite our chihuahua being let out once a day, and we clean up after her, and a dozen stray cats wandering freely. Again, we have proof. There are cameras everywhere, lights flashing on when you move, strangers walking around the property. Privacy? Nope. Relaxation? Only if you enjoy psychological thrillers. I strongly do not recommend this place — unless you’re nostalgic for dorm life with strangers, supervision, and drama. P.S. Today owners started threatening me they would apply to police. Good luck.
