Very easy to collect keys; video was extremely helpful.
Location was great.
Relatively minor things but the overview indicated that coffee would be provided but unfortunately it wasn’t; the machine was there but as I was only staying for a few days I didn’t want to purchase capsules that I wouldn’t be able to use at home, so instead I had to buy a coffee each morning.
The other minor problem is that the curtain does not cover the front door, which has a large frosted glass panel. This lets in a LOT of light, which in the summer means it is very hard to get the room to stay dark after 4.30am when the sun starts to rise. It is directly next to the bed, so I found this woke me very early every day.
I also could not get the WiFi to work at all during my stay.
