Wunderschönes Apartment, auch für längere Aufenthalte

Es handelt sich um eine frisch sanierte Unterkunft, die sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist. Unsere Angehörigen haben sich während ihres längeren Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt und die zentrumsnahe Lage auch sehr genossen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und bietet für 3-4 Personen genügend Platz. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch die Ausstattung der Küche im Hinblick auf das Equipment und der elektronischen Geräte. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Als konstruktive Kritik möchten wir folgende Punkte ansprechen: 1.) Die Schlüsselsituation ist leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Bei 3-4 Personen bedarf es dringend eines Zweitschlüssels. 2.) Der Check-In war für die heutigen Zeiten sehr umständlich. Empfehlenswert wäre hier ein intelligentes Türschloß (Check-In per Code) oder zumindest eine Key-Box, die schon günstig zu erwerben ist. 3.) Die Kissen und Matratzen waren leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Matratzen sind sehr dünn und bei den Kissen sollte man auch ein härteres zur Auswahl anbieten.
