Fernseher nicht angeschlossen, keine Bettwäsche, keine Handtücher, Warmwasser Dusche/Bad - Ausfall am dritten Tag, Spülmaschine voll, nicht ausgeräumt, keinerlei schriftliche Hinweise zur Hausfunktion und anderem), keine Kommunikation möglich, keine Reaktionen auf Reklamation (2 Mails bereits abgeschickt, Telefonate nicht angenommen), Identifkation des Hauses und Finden des Codekastens schwierig ( keine genaue bzw identische Hauskennzeichnzng wie im booking-com-Portal). Über die Abwicklung der Buchung über NOVASOL wurde vorab nicht informiert - ich hätte die Mails von NOVASOL am Anfang als Spam abgetan - eine mir unbekannte Firma bis dahin.
