YCH-Exclusive apartment on Circus Maximus

The apartment is as described and accurately represented in the photos. It is spacious, conveniently located, and offers a lovely view.

For the price, the amenities and overall condition of the flat were below expectations. The taps were dripping, the bathroom developed an unpleasant smell when showering, and the bed was of poor quality. The two pillows were especially disappointing, as they were so flat that they were almost non-existent. The bedding arrangement was also uncomfortable: instead of a proper duvet cover, there was a plain sheet, a plain duvet, and another plain sheet on top, which quickly became messy and inconvenient. I understand that the flat is very spacious and in an excellent location, but in my view, that is essentially what you are paying for.

Amazing location 👌 So easy to get around with metro, bus or walking. Something to see all around you. Beautiful view from the windows. Very friendly owners. Lots of room when you needed to relax. Huge bathroom with a big tub. Would choose it again if we came back to Rome.

The property was very large and almost as big as a house. Had awesome views of the circus maxims and nearby palatine hills ruins and close to transport. Had a washer and a dryer and a large kitchen and bathroom that were all very modern.

The walls on the house are paper thin and you hear every sound. Unfortunately the neighbours were renovating and you heard the neighbours constantly moving chairs and furniture at 11pm and 6am. Quality of sleep due to the noise was poor even though the bed and pillows was very comfortable. All the dishes, plates and cutlery weren’t clean with one plate having mould on it. There was no plug for the sink to do washing up and there was no dishwasher tables so couldn’t use it. Ended up washing up in the largest cooking pot we could find. Messaged the property manager about the washing issues and they understood our message but didn’t do anything about it.
