Serenity Sands Island Glamping

I like everything especially the concept of glamping on an island. New property so everything is new. Everything is just so nice and relaxing.

None. Wished we stayed longer.

First time in Fiji and this is what caught my attention. Surveyed the property and will definitely come back on our honeymoon. Thanks for all the friendly staff that welcomed us.

Limited food or prolly because it was a soft opening. Not a deal breaker as this can be improved. Food tasted good!

The staff first of all were nothing but fabulous. Massive shout out to Gerry for looking after us so well, Adi (sorry if we spelt her name wring, the beautiful lady on the morning shift who always looked after us amazingly), Junior (always a pleasure to see and talk to), Mr Tee for making everything happen, Daniel for being our favourite Captain, Tito (gentlemen and fabulous bar man), Shi (who welcomed us to the island and to our room, with such a beautiful smile on her face), Mica for melting our hearts with his singing. Everyone was brilliant. The location was beautiful, especially the glamping set up. Being by the beach with daily trips around the island.

Sometimes the food was cold coming out.

Loved the beds, and listening to the sound of rain on the tent roof at night. Tents are dimly lit and really do feel quite different to the normal hotel experience in Fiji - much more cosy. These will be a hit for couples. Tip: During the heat of the day, you can unzip the windows on the tent. AC struggles a little bit, but there's always a nice breeze not far away. The pool was amazing, though a little deep I thought. Great snorkeling right in front of the pool / beach area. Food was excellent, and the staff seem very proud

I think the hotel, being brand new, needs to work on a few things to give the guest more things to do each day. They need to get some more kayaks and snorkels (they only had a few, so you sometimes had to wait a little bit). The island itself is magnificent, although from time to time some rubbish washes up on to the shores (this is from the mainland the staff said)
