Segreto Boutique Resort

The hotel is exceptional. It is new so it is fresh and decorated in an elegant simplicity. The owner understands the expectations of international travelers, so the room is full of thoughtful amenities. The room was spacious and the bathroom luxurious. The staff was friendly and attentive, Breakfast wonderful, and perfect sunset location. Make sure to eat dinner at the restaurant Mediterranean, best brick oven pizza on the island.

Nothing.

De rust aan deze kant van het eiland

In het zwembad zat een soort van mos wat het ontzettend glad maakt, weet niet of dit hoort maar dit is niet zo fijn.

From our entire holiday in Indonesia, I would rate Segreto the closest to a perfect 10. The price compared to similar accommodations on Gili T is very good. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quieter location and everywhere else is very easily reachable by bike/e-bike. There is also the benefit of seeing the sun set each night and not having to travel for it. The food is also very good. We tried other locations but ended up coming back here to have lunch and dinner. The entire staff is also amazing and I could not praise them enough. The facilities are great too, and we personally loved the salt water pool. Also very nice to have the option to watch 4K tv with Netflix. Also able to make tea and coffee yourself. The accommodation was well maintained and very clean, and if you want you can have it cleaned/restocked daily too. You are able to swim with turtles each morning if you walk like 100 meters south along the west side of the island toward the part of the coast without the rocks.

The shower could use a deep clean on the bottom with anti mold spray. Due to black mold on the silicon kit.

I had a fantastic stay at the Segreto! Paulo, the host, was welcoming and I had some wonderful conversations and chats with him over my stay. He had some great recommendations too. When I visited Gilli T, there was no government water supply on the island. I know that a lot of other hotels/hostels had no water running through taps. But segreto was perfectly equipped and had running water al along with no issues at all. Very thankful for that. Overall, a Boutique Resort designed and built with a lot of love and thought and it shows! Highly recommend!
