Neubau Apartment mit Küche, TV in der Nähe von Aachen

​We stayed here for 3 nights (June 3–6) as a family of three (two adults and a 14-year-old), and we had a wonderful experience. ​The apartment is really cozy, clean, and located in a pretty quiet area about 15 minutes away from Aachen. A huge plus for us was the free on-site parking spot. Anyone traveling by car knows how rare and expensive parking can be at city accommodations, so having a dedicated spot included was a massive bonus. ​Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy since the keys are kept in a code box. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, but there is an elevator, making it easily accessible for anyone with limited mobility or disabilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The only tiny thing to note is that booking.com lists a dishwasher, but there actually isn't one in the apartment. ​The WiFi worked perfectly, the communication with the host was excellent, and they even left us some complimentary wine and water, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would absolutely recommend it!

Zeer schoon en goed uitgerust appartement. Booking geeft aan dat er een wasmachine en droger zijn, die zijn er niet (was voor ons geen probleem). Wij hebben het er uitstekend naar ons zin gehad zo lekker dichtbij Aken! En niet te vergeten de DM drogist om de hoek😃

Es ist eine sehr saubere und neue Wohnung mit guten Matratzen. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht! Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Ein Schöner Balkon mit Blick ins grüne lädt zum draußen Essen ein. Wir hatten außerdem eine einfache und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Im Schlafzimmer kann es bei offenem Fenster durch die Straße etwas laut sein.
