The location was great! It was easily accessible and reasonably priced. The deck was quiet and spacious.
The bedding and pillows need to be replaced. They had holes and were clearly worn and tattered. Both shower curtains were falling off and need to be replaced. The cushions on the deck couch and chair were smelly, soaking wet and covered in mold. This made them unusable. The electric grill was also broken.

I thoroughly had such a relaxing and fun vacay for a decent price in a super nice apartment with ALL the amenities!
The shower curtain rod in the master bathroom was a bit unstable..everything else was PERFECT! Maybe this part is a bit unrelated and cant help it, but be aware that there were some pretty stuck up and wildly unfriendly & NOSEY neighboors!

The great communication, the very organized and well stocked kitchen and the beautiful decor were wonderful! The layout was great also! We really enjoyed the walk to the water and the views there! It's a great location with easy access to attractions!
The noise was a bit much at midnight and a pounding from next door thru the wall but I realize that is something that can't be controlled. The balcony is wonderful but could use a few touch ups with the cushions and cleanliness.

Beautiful location! Was wonderfully stocked and we were pleasantly surprised by the condo! It exceeded our expectations! Owners were excellent to work with!
