Summary:
Peace and tranquility are what you’ll find at the Sunset Overlook, a stunning home situated atop a cliff with panoramic views of the lake below and the surrounding Ozark Mountains.
The Space:
Plenty of natural light floods the main living space from the several windows that look out onto the lake and wooded landscape below. The open-concept layout allows for an organic flow of conversation among guests and an ideal design for entertaining. An electric fireplace makes for cozy, relaxed evenings indoors. The living room boasts a smart TV, and deck access. Step outside onto a private deck with seating for two to enjoy the majestic scenery.
Back inside, a galley kitchen comes equipped with plenty of counter space and everything you may need to whip up meals from home. Stainless-steel appliances and pine cabinetry enhance the appeal of the space. The home has a blender, toaster, and standard brew coffee maker, as well as a single serve brewing option, all available for your convenience. Two guests can be seated in barstools at the pass-through window that separates the kitchen from the more formal dining space which includes a dining table with room for 6.
The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 spacious bedrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room which converts into a queen-sized bed. Each room is furnished with crisp linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.
Bedroom #1 is the master, with a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite offers a stand-up shower, separate soaking tub only, and a dual vanity.
Bedroom #2 is outfitted with a Queen bed, and TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo with upgraded tile and fixtures. Guests can enter from the hallway with additional direct access from this bedroom as well.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a walk-down unit, stairs required.
- There is parking available on a first come, first serve basis for 2 vehicles in the parking lot.
- No Boat/Trailer parking available.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- The home is not pet friendly.
- A stackable washer/dryer unit inside the condo is available for guest use.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

The Condo was excellent! Everything was clean and well kept. It had all the amenities for our stay. Since the pool is only open from Memorial Day to Labor Day, I don't feel I should have to give it a rating since we didn't have the opportunity to use it. I'm sure the pool is excellent, but even though it was still warm weather we couldn't use it. Other than that everything was wonderful and if we come back to Branson we will definitely stay here again.

The property was easy to access. Far enough out to enjoy some nature and beautiful scenery but close enough to get to whatever attractions we wanted to see. it was such a beautiful home and we are very appreciative to have it shared with us. The home was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Most relaxing beds after days site seeing Branson

We entered the condo with the sound of beautiful music playing throughout. Every room was spotless and would pass a white glove test. The location was perfect as we were there to visit Silver Dollar City.

Beautiful scenery spot overlooking a small portion of the lake and cliffs.
The property welcomed us with soothing music playing upon arrival. The room was just like the pictures.
Check-in & check-out process was incredibly easy. Communication was great throughout our stay and if we needed anything - all we had to do was send a text.
The infinity pool was fun and had such a pretty view, especially at sunset!!
We are locals that just wanted a few days away for our family to be in proximity of Branson and all the attractions and not have to drive back and forth. We enjoyed our stay!
