Location. Easy access. Good parking. Adequate facilities.
Direction of TV set. This was fixed on the wall and immoveable, making viewing from the couch difficult from an acute angle. The dining table and its bench seat were too big for the smallish lounge. A smaller table with two seperate chairs would free up space and make it more workable. Could be a bit tidier on the outside if more care was taken of the grounds.

Great location, easily accessible. Handy to town. We stayed during off season and the price was amazing. Communication with entry details etc were all clear and timely.
The cleaners hadnt done a particularly thorough job. Inside the fridge and microwave were dirty the windows needed a good clean, the benches and mirror and glass services all looked like they had bee n wiped with a dirty cloth.
