La plus belle vue qu'un appartement puisse avoir ! Au dessus de l'océan ont ne peux pas être plus proche ! L'appartement est tres bien situé proche des plages et de maspalomas L'appartement est très bien équipé Je recommande fortement !

Le parking.. pour ce garer c'est vraiment très compliqué a cause du monde.. ( l'hôte n'y est pour rien ) La lumière du jour le matin, il faudrais peut-être des rideaux + occultant

The view of the ocean was impressive; the apartment had a cosy vibe; plus, the needed facilities were all provided for a short couple stay. They have provided a beach umbrella which was good. The apartament also seemed clean at the first glance. There was an AC, but its power was limited, in fact, a comfortable temperature during very hot nights was very challenging to achieve. However, there was an “attic fan” that worked well.

The washing machine is a very basic one, it does neither wash well your clothes, nor centrifuge them, so don’t expect it to be working great. Also, the AC, had a limited power (either it should be cleaned up or replaced), in fact a comfortable temperature during very hot nights was very challenging to achieve. The communication with the host seemed to be following a script, most of the messages were in Spanish and it was hard to understand, I didn’t feel any personalized welcome. Also, during the 2nd and the last day we have found 2 kitchen bugs (quite big), one of them even jumped from the kitchen sink. We have informed the host, but they suggested that these are coming from outside, but I am sure it wasn’t the case (these looked like dirt bugs, usually living in the kitchens, also I suppose these came from other apartments). It actually made our stay quite uncomfortable, so please be aware about this.

The apartment is renovated, comfortable and with an amazing view on the sea! You can see the sunrise and the sea from the bed. The swimming pool is ok. Strategic position, by car: 20 min from the airport, 45 min to Las Palmas and 10 min to Maspalomas.

The building outside is old. There is a community of feral cats being fed by the neighbors in the courtyard, stairwells, and hallways of the apartment building. As it is mating season, they cry like newborns all night. You don't sleep the first night, but later on, you get accustomed to it.
