The apartment is renovated, comfortable and with an amazing view on the sea! You can see the sunrise and the sea from the bed.
The swimming pool is ok.
Strategic position, by car: 20 min from the airport, 45 min to Las Palmas and 10 min to Maspalomas.
The building outside is old.
There is a community of feral cats being fed by the neighbors in the courtyard, stairwells, and hallways of the apartment building. As it is mating season, they cry like newborns all night. You don't sleep the first night, but later on, you get accustomed to it.

This is actually one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in. Although the apartment is small, it is very clean, well equipped, with lovely linen and lots of towels, including beach towels and an umbrella. It was nice to find small gifts (wine, water, juice) upon arrival. The incredible ocean view and the sound of the waves definitely add to the charm of this place. Highly recommended!
If I were the management company, I would adjust the communication a bit. I received a lot of messages, most were in Spanish, some in English, some in Dutch. The number of rules and prohibitions sent was a bit confusing. I would recommend putting everything in a more friendly format and choosing to communicate in English for guests instead of the chaos of messages.
