The cosy holiday home "Nueva Baviera 42" located in San Bartolome de Tirajana in the south-eastern part of Gran Canaria, is only a short walk from the beach and boasts fantastic views of the sea. The 60 m² holiday home consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a fan, a washing machine as well as a Smart TV.
Your private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace and a covered terrace. The covered terrace is furnished with a table, chairs, sun loungers as well as a sofa and an additional table. Relax on one of the sun loungers with a good book and take a moment to gaze at the clear blue sea and the distant blue horizon. Pros: Everything, from being met by Mike our host who made us feel so welcome. A pool with a fabulous view to a beautyful clean, safe beach.

Pros: Lo consiglierei a chiunque... Non ho mai avuto l'opportunità di dormire affacciata direttamente sul mare, in camera da letto c'è un finestrone che ce l'ha permesso! Splendido il giardino, e gigante l'appartamento. L'unica cosa è che serve l'auto perché è un po' 'fuori dal centro'... Ma meglio: in questo modo potrete visitare tutta questa splendida isola

Pros: Quite nice place with just a few steps to the ocean. It's so nice to listen to the ocean surf all days and nights long.
The bungalow itself equipped with everything you may need (inc. dishwasher and washing machine). Very clean and comfortable.
Owner is really friendly and always can help with anything. When we arrived we asked about a kettle and got it next day!
