Quirky old apartment building with interesting rooms. The circular pillars house the bath and kitchen, giving the place interesting character. Excellent balcony area for adults (see note below for kids).
The people were easy to talk to, and all was well prepared.
Torremolinos is a great place to stay with easy access to the centre, and local places to eat, things to see, and activities for families.
Balcony area could use some safety improvements. It has climbable boxes around the railings on the 14th floor. Fine with our 6 year old who listens to rules, but we would not take a 2-4 year old here.
Lifts are a bit small and slow by modern standards.

The place was great. Clean and included everything we needed for our stay.
The location was a short walk from the main street.
We did not like the lockbox. Very hard to read the code. Also having only one set of keys is a problem. I had locked the door when I left, but that locked the other person in the apartment as you need a key on the inside to unlock the deadbolt.
The small bed frame was not strong enough.
