Las camas eran perfectas. Sábanas y toallas blancas. Todo muy limpio . Lugar tranquilo y cerca del ponte vecchio. Vistas al canal. 2 dormitorios con camas dobles y un sofá cama en el comedor. En el baño siempre había un olor agradable que no supimos de dónde salía, parece que desde un ventilador y se agradece mucho. Es para 5 personas. Recomendamos 100%. Te piden una garantía de 250 euros que no habíamos leído pero está en las condiciones. La devuelven al día 10.
Había que subir muchos peldaños pero el lugar era hermoso y limpio. Sin Ascensor. Piso 4

Suggestions: need better directions regarding circuit breakers and how to reset. The interior decorations could use an update.

Breakfast not included, so n/a. Long stairway won't suite everyone but location and privacy makes it worthwhile
Initial impreassion was not favourable as there was no-one at the premises and I had difficulty getting through to a service agent, but once that was achieved the hosts met me at the door and went thoroughly through the intro phase. The hosts were pleasant and helpful and I enjoyed very much my time in Florence - not least because I felt I had an authentic Italian apartment to help round out the Florence experience. I would be happy to book this apartment again
