Very good condition, plenty of space with two separate bedrooms, all you will need in the kitchen, close to the city. Easy online checking, good description of how to get access and keys, good and fast communication with property.
Entrance and stairs are a little tight and steep.

10 minutes walk from main attractions, yet located in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent facilities in a nicely designed apartment in a tradional building. Communication with the host was fast and easy.
As in many buildings in Florence, the guests need to climb up the stairs to the third floor. However, it didn‘t bother us, even though travelling with elderly people.
