The Apt. was Very Nice, Roomy and Clean with everything we needed during our stay. Comfortable Bed and Couch in Living Room. Large Bathroom with Walk in Shower. Full size Flat screen TV with lots of Networks. Very Good location as we were able to Safely walk to Most popular Tourist sights in Florence within 15 minutes. Also able to walk to local Shops to purchase Apt. food and drink supplies. Lovely Garden located outside in back of Apt. Our Host Cosimo was very helpful and responsive to questions and requests for assistance like ordering Taxi service for us to Florence Train station when leaving.
Very Nice Garden located outside our Apt. Unable to access as it is privately owned by someone else.

Great location, spacious apartment, very helpful host
If the furnishings and some aspects of the general apartment were upgraded/tidied up it would lift the property presentation. A deeper level of cleaning would also lift the property presentation.

De ligging van het appartement is prima voor een stedentrip in Florence. Ruim en goed appartement. Het was er ook schoon.
De verwarming van de badkamer het beter gekund het was er niet te warm deze winter.

It had all I needed: it was quiet, comfortable, and had a very nice kitchen and bathroom.
