At the time of booking, it was showing with breakfast and hotel staff said it is not included. Property is very clean one room was very small. That was changed next day. Tea cattle, glass etc was not provided in room. These are basic items should be kept in the room.

Location is good. Staff are courteous and welcoming

Rooms werent clean. Linen provided was not clean. Breakfast was not provided even though the room package included breakfast.

Nothing really. Staff were trying to be helpful.

Rooms very small and doesn't suit families. We had two rooms which made it more inconvenient to manage kids. Reception is creepily close to 4 rooms that any noise can be heard between. Bridge nearby and outside lights are piercing through the curtains and may not work out for anyone who wants darkness. Little noisy at times due to outside traffic. I dont know if its whole of this city but outside of this hotel, the area around is not clean at all. Overall, I feel it is overpriced hotel for its facilities.
