My girlfriend and I picked this hotel for a fast trip and were glad. No surprises on the bill and the team wished us a safe trip home.

The room had a safe place for my things, so I could go out freely, which is why this stay was a pleasure from start to end.

Our stay here from October 24 to October 28, 2026 was nothing short of a nightmare. This was easily the worst hotel experience we have ever had, starting right from the moment we arrived. The receptionist was asleep on the couch when we walked in. Waking him up seemed to instantly make us his target, and his attitude turned hostile. Throughout our stay, he was constantly on the couch, either sleeping or eating gutka, and both he and the so-called manager showed a level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that is completely disgraceful to the hospitality industry. We felt completely unwelcome from day one. When we asked why we were not receiving the breakfast that was clearly included with our booking, the manager refused to address the issue and rudely told us to just complain to Agoda instead. We also tried to get our Form C sorted through the owner; while the owner was at least polite compared to the staff, he was unable to produce it. The condition of the property matched the terrible service: Filthy Bathrooms: The washrooms were completely unhygienic, featuring stained tiles, dirty floors, and neglected fixtures. Zero Housekeeping: In four full days, not a single room service or cleaning was offered. Trash and Odor: The staircases were piled high with garbage and debris, making the common areas smell foul. It is unfortunate, but as a Bangladeshi Muslim couple, we genuinely felt targeted and unwelcome by the staff's hostile behavior. I strongly advise travelers, especially international guests, to steer clear of this property. Save your money and book somewhere that actually respects its guests!
