Great location walking distance to Town Beach and the Breakwall. Spacious and comfortable apartment with decent kitchen space, laundry, and extra large balcony. There is a parking space and a pool.
Narrow stairwell up to the unit with multiple keys required to get in.
Fans weren’t working in the bedroom. There’s a bit of road noise with the balcony door open.
Be aware the apartment faces the road, not the water views.

The location was good, shower was good and the beds were comfortable.
It was generally pretty grubby, like it hadn’t had an extensive clean for a long time. The lounge was really stained too. The WiFi connection was poor to say the least. Also, the washing machine didn’t work. Things that are advertised as amenities (wifi and washing machine) should have been checked before welcoming tenants.
