The location is great, right opposite the beach. The view from the kitchen is amazing! The facilities are good, and the apartment was perfect for our stay in Port Macquarie. It was quiet which was good.
The property needed a bit of minor maintenance which was dealt with very promptly by the agent. Like many coastal properties, the apartment needs frequent airing to prevent damp.

Great location.
I had my elderly parents stay for 10 days. Unfortunately one of them had a fall as the ramp and stairs were slippery after some rain beyond what is safe and acceptable. I don't believe the hand rail was to standard.
