The location was fantastic, with absolutely stunning views! The apartment was beautifully decorated, with stylish touches like chandeliers and charming details that gave it a glamorous feel. The layout worked perfectly for us, and the timber floors added a warm, elegant touch. We also really appreciated the secure lock-up garage and the convenient option for after-hours key collection – a great bonus. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Several areas could use improvement. Some parts of the property, particularly the bathrooms and laundry, felt quite dated, and a few lights weren’t working (in the ensuite and lounge). Accessibility was also a challenge. As someone with a disability, and travelling with elderly parents, we found the stairs quite difficult. Installing a lift would greatly improve accessibility for a wider range of guests. Cleanliness was unfortunately below expectations. There were food crumbs in the kitchen drawers, visible dust throughout, and what looked like dead bugs behind one of the single beds. It didn’t seem like the apartment had been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. It would also have been helpful to receive clearer information in the welcome letter, such as details on parking and internet access. Additionally, amenities like extra toilet paper and perhaps a small welcome basket would have made the stay feel more thoughtful and comfortable. With some updates, better cleaning, and improved attention to guest experience, this apartment has the potential to offer a much more enjoyable stay.
