This guesthouse is great value for money especially for longer stays. It is located in a calm safe neighborhood which in Athens is a plus for a single woman traveler. The room is modern and clean and the house has everything you need including shared kitchen and washing machine.
The hallway can get a bit noisy during night with people coming in and leaving. Especially for the apartmens close to the elevator and the ground floor. The location is not central so beware you have to take buses, which you can’t always rely on.

The view on the rooftop was absolutely spectacular and breathtaking. I spent every night drinking a glass of wine and looking at the view.
Honestly, I don’t have any complaints about the property. Everything was very simple, easy on the Wallet, and the staff was awesome.
