Only the location, a few metres away from the funicolare
It was dirty, and I found a used pantyliner on the bin which just really means there was no care in cleaning the space. Ad was also misleading, as it was a loft but advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment.

Mondovì è fantastica, merita di soggiornarci un paio di giorni.
Posizione centrale, gentilezza ed estrema collaborazione del proprietario. Appartamentino piccolo ma curato e pulito. Zona tranquilla e silenziosa.
La palazzina dove si trova l'appartamento è molto trascurato e cadente, le scale non pulite, guardando l'interno della palazzina è tutto ricoperto di guano di piccioni. Non c'è ascensore pertanto portare i bagagli all'ultimo piano, con scale strette e ripide è un po' disagevole. Peccato perché invece l'appartamentino è grazioso e conveniente

Je recommande, bien situé et confortable.
Le lit est très confortable. Le studio est jolie avec une grande salle de bain ! Les petites attentions comme le gel douche ou le shampoing est très appréciable. C'est très propre et très calme. Les indications de la propriétaire sont claires et simples.
Un micro onde serait vraiment un plus et une plus grande poubelle également.

Appartamento bellissimo ma scomodissimo da raggiungere
Appartamento pulitissimo e arredamento super unica pecca il divano letto scomodissimo! Consigliato se si e' solo in due. Host super disponibile ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo. Consigliato se siete giovani e con poco bagaglio perche' e' al terzo piano senza ascensore con scale ripide e strette.
Mancanza di ascensore, la struttura si trova in ZTL h.24 per cui bisogna parcheggiare abbastanza lontano e farsi tutta la salita a piedi. Palazzo dove e' ubicata la struttura decisamente fatiscente MA appena apri la porta WOW!!! Se avete parecchio bagaglio lo sconsiglio.

Scomodo il soppalco, il tetto basso non permette di potersi spostare liberamente nella camera o vestirsi. Le scale cigolavano sembravano staccarsi da un momento all'altro, il bidè staccato non vi si poteva sedere che cadevi in avanti
