Apartamento leyda

It was very clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like that it was so far way from Madrid. That was my fault I guess but since it was my first time in Madrid, I was not familiar with the distances. The taxis are very expensive and with what I ended up paying in taxis/ubers, I could’ve stayed at a 5 star hotel downtown. Another thing I did not like or appreciate was being literally kicked out at check out. I understand that there was an established check out time but it’s the first time that we are denied staying a bit later (an extra hour or two) due to our flight being later in the afternoon, but our request was denied and the owners were knocking non-stop on the door at check out time and were rude. We left the apartment spotless, I even washed the couple of cups we used and gathered the trash and they didn’t even say good morning or goodbye when they kicked us out. I would not recommend this place nor I would stay there ever again. Customer service is even more important than the actual facilities.

Recomiendo tranquilamente.
