The property was clean and warm, the host really helped with their recommendations and made checking in and out a breeze, the location of the property was great it felt very authentic and made us feel like a part of the community, i would definitely go back there

The appartman is really nice, friendly atmosphere, great price - value relation.
Owner asked for deposit of 200£, which is not indicated on booking.com. I transferred it from the EU, which can take some days to the UK. Have sent the bank transfer data, that was not enough. The appartman was full paid but you will get the key lock code only, as soon as they get the deposit (not indicated on booking.com, really strange...). Finally she gave us the code so we got in. Communication was pushy, no trust, it destroyed our positive evaluation.
