Villa Kembar

Clean, quite spot with 5min walk to beach! Staff were very helpful which I needed as I had broken leg!

Extremely slippery downstairs around the pool, we had two young children that slipped over a lot, luckily didn’t hurt themselves to bad!

Everything. Clean, spacious, close to everything and private pool

If I had to be picky it would be that the pool doesn’t get any direct sun, however I think that is the same with most villas in Bali

Location perfect and I was surprised to have staff there every morning to clean. I wish that the mossies weren’t so intense but that’s the weather.

Where do l start. On arrival, the location was good, and the Villa looked new. The rooms were spacious. However, some of the tap and sink settings were rusty. There was only one key for 5 of us wish meant that if someone went out at night, we had to leave the front door unlocked, which was really unsafe as we had a child with us. The housekeeping took 2 hours to finish its job daily, and they kept forgetting to replace the beach towels, but remembered to take the dirty ones, wish left us with beach towels. They also had to be reminded to empty the bins. On the 7th night, the power went out and was fixed reasonably quick the next morning. That same day after a day out, we returned to find the power out again. When we contacted management, they told us we were wrong and wanted proof that the power was out, so we took video footage of the Villa without power. They never responded. We had a restless evening without power, air-conditioning, and the problem of the food in the fridge going off due to the temperature. We have come to Bali many times and have stayed in Hotels and Resorts we thought to try something different and stay in a Villa. This certainly was not a good first-time Villa experience for us.
