It's rather airbnb than a hotel. Ok for a couple of nights.

The building is rather new. There is an elevator. The owner/staff member(?) was responsive, communicated via texts and emails.

The description stated that the kitchen was private, while it was shared. It is a big discrepancy, we were unpleasantly surprised. Poorly furnitured room- there was a bed and two chairs that served as night tables on each side of the bed. That was it... no wardrobe, no table, no nothing... Oh, there was a little tent in the corner were we were supposed to hang our jackets)

Lokalizacja blisko metra oraz sklepów. Niedaleko ścisłego centrum oraz atrakcji

Materace w salonie i przedpokoju. Trochę zaniedbana łazienka (odpadająca farba, zacieki) brak czajnika elektrycznego w kuchni (trzeba było grzać wodę w garnku aby zaparzyć herbatę!)

El alojamiento estaba muy bien, muy limpio y todo nuevo. Teníamos baño y ducha solo para nosotros. Bastante bien, estuvimos contentos con todo.

El baño y la ducha estaban fuera de la habitación, aunque fuera solo para nosotros. Por la mañana los de la habitación de al lado pusieron música súper fuerte y nos despertaron aunque no es culpa del alojamiento. La ubicación está un poco lejos del centro, aunque en media hora andando se llega y hay trasporte.

Attention alarme incendie de l'immeuble très sensible. Un voisin est sorti de l'immeuble cigarette déjà allumée et l'alarme s'est déclenché quelques minutes après en bloquant l'ascenseur.

La comodidad de la cama y que el apartamento es de construcción reciente.

Que no avisan que el apartamento es compartido, que esta bien si lo avisas y los que nos hospedamos lo aceptamos. La ubicación, un poco distante del centro. No habían toallas, solamente 2 de mano y no se notaban tan limpias.

Reclamo por hospedaje no recibido y falta de devolución del dinero Estimados señores, Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa. Pagamos por un hospedaje al que no pudimos acceder, ya que al inicio se nos indicó que podíamos hacer el check-in desde las 11:00 a. m., pero más tarde se nos informó que después de las 8:00 p. m. ya no recibían a nadie. Debido a esta contradicción, no pudimos ingresar al alojamiento, a pesar de haber pagado con anticipación. Además, nos dijeron que se nos devolvería el dinero a través de Booking, pero hasta la fecha no hemos recibido ningún reembolso. Sentimos que fuimos engañados, ya que no solo perdimos el hospedaje, sino también el dinero invertido, sin que nadie, especialmente Juanca, diera una respuesta clara o se hiciera responsable. Solicitamos una solución inmediata y el reembolso correspondiente.

La situation, la propreté, l'appartement bien rénové

la chambre sans équipement. Pas chaises, pas de table pour les bagages, pas de quoi poser ses affaires, pas de placard ou armoire. Vraiment insuffisant. Insonorisation entre les chambres très faible. les voyageurs qui rentrent tard ne sont pas silencieux et respectueux des autres chambres.
