J'ai été très bien accueilli par la patronne Haley et son mari..Souriante , serviable et à votre écoute ..La chambre était très bien, propre y compris les sanitaires ... J'ai découvert la cuisine iranienne et c'est excellent; beaucoup de saveurs .. Je recommande cet établissement ...Et pour les transports en commun, tout est à moins de quelques minutes à pieds. A bit of up and down stairs

The location is very convenient, especially for travellers using Brussels Central Station, making it a practical choice for short transit visits. The room shown in the listing photos does exist and is well-presented. We also saw a street-facing room that was clean, spacious, and in good condition.

Unfortunately, the room assigned to us did not match the standard of the room shown in the photos. Even after housekeeping had cleaned the room, it still appeared cluttered due to visible wires, extension cords, and areas requiring maintenance. In addition, the building had a noticeable damp odour throughout. We believe the overall guest experience could be significantly improved by addressing maintenance issues and using air purifiers and a pleasant scent to complement the building's aesthetic. Another disappointment was the view from our room window. When we opened it, we were greeted by several trash bags directly outside, which was unpleasant and discouraged us from keeping the window open for fresh air. We also had an unsatisfactory experience when requesting a kettle to make tea after a long day of travel. The owner initially provided a kettle that was heavily affected by limescale, which we declined to use. We were then directed to look for another kettle in the shared kitchen upstairs, but after spending considerable time searching, we could not find one. When we informed the owner, the response was simply that another guest may have taken it to their room. While this may have been the case, the matter was handled rather casually and without any apparent effort to find a solution. As travellers arriving after a long journey and needing to leave early the next morning for a train, we found this lack of assistance disappointing 😐
