Everything you need is provided, even a “swimming pool” in the bathroom.

Good location and close proximity to a grocery store. Efficient and smooth communication with the owner. Comfortable bed. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped for basic use. Friendly and helpful reception staff.

The apartment is quite noisy due to nearby pubs, and the windows provide poor sound insulation. Their technical condition is average and requires sealing. There is no extension cord, and the number of electrical outlets is insufficient for charging multiple devices. During longer stays, the lack of an additional towel may be inconvenient. In addition, the induction cooktop is damaged, and one of the chairs is broken. The bathroom drainage system is not working properly, the shower tray is leaking, and the bathroom remains wet after showering.

Studio incrivelmente novo, tudo muito moderno, aconchegante e extremamente limpo e super agradável. Um excelente estadia e o anfitrião é incrível também. Super atencioso, disponível e maravilhoso. Com certeza voltarei e me hospedarei novamente. Apesar de ser numa rua de movimento, por ser alto o barulho na incomoda tanto e tem uma vista incrível, sem prédio próximo a frente. Foi maravilhoso!

Absolutamente tudo! A localização é excelente! Muitos bares e restaurantes ao lado e em frente. Mercadinho e padaria próximos. Ótimas opções de feirinhas e festas no fim de semana. O apartamento é super aconchegante, completo e de bom gosto! Tudo novinho. O anfitrião é super educado e prestativo.

Bom lugar para ficar na Lapa!

Localizado numa região de facil acesso para outras areas da cidade. Pessoal da portaria muito simpatico e solicitos. Entrada e saída facilitadas com o uso de senha. Fica num bairro boemio do Rio o que é normal ter festa e bastante gente na rua mas nada que incomode muito pois é num andar mais alto. Num geral tive ótimos dias nesse lugar, vale a pena!

Maravilhosa

Espaço simplesmente aconchegante, limpo e com todos utensílios pro dia a dia, localização perfeita de vários pontos turísticos. A recepção adorável principalmente o porteiro Guilherme muito educado e animado e a Princípio também no meu horário de check in, foi ouvido minha solicitação de chegar antes do horário pré determinado e ocorreu tudo certo, com toda certeza irei voltar novamente.
