The location is very central, near Kings Cross. The flat is well furnished. The price is attractive compared to the area. We had a problem with the heating system that was consciously and timely addressed by the owner.
The building is literally alongside the very busy railways from Kings Cross. The building shakes when some train pass by. We also had works on the railway overnight, maybe an exceptional case but train would run late anyway. Nothing to do about it. Stay away unless you are confident you have a solid sleep.

It was very neat and tidy, the beddings and everything was on point

Wasn't happy about paying a damage waiver of £500 deposit, but the refund was quick after chechout.
Great space with lots of appliances. Suitable hotel alternative, especially when you're just looking for a comfy place to kip.
It's right above a tube line which is pretty loud and continues (at least, less frequently) through the night. If you're sensitive to that, give it a miss.
