This is an outstanding property, but slightly let down by the service. Very stylish duplex with stone & wooden decor, wrap around balcony & great views. Great location for shops, bars & ski access. A few notes to help you:
- there is secure underground parking (bay 9)
- the coffee machine takes Lavazza pods (we left some for the next guests)
- we book ski rental with “Rent & Go” who provide a free ski locker & ski-in, ski-out & great service.
- if you arrive early there are lots of public parking options operated by EasyPark payment on the App is easy & costs €8 per day, but they only charge Sat & Sun.
Communication from the Hostdomus team was poor - 7 requests for parking & no answer. We were told the wrong parking bay (btw we speak Italian).
The location of the office address on GoogleMaps takes you to the wrong place. The office is located in the Piazza on the left as you go uphill on the ground floor with a big sign outside.
Some stuff in the kitchen was dirty, coffee machines not cleaned, open fire still had a full pit of ash etc.
No decent wine glasses & only 2 coffee mugs.
It wouldn’t take much for us to rate this place as outstanding.
