Molt bona ubicació i fàcil moure’s d’un lloc a l’altra. Molt ambient de festa al voltant però no se sent el soroll. Petitet i molt ben aprofitat. Anfitrió sempre pendent de si necessitavem res

Es un bonito apartamento en una zona muy bien ubicada y con mucho encanto, creo que la zona en la que está y el edificio es lo mejor

Era un poco incómodo sobre todo la cocina , la segunda planta muy bien , pero escaleras no muy cómodas . El menaje de cocina un poco escaso si van 4 personas .

Lage, dass es aussergewöhnlich war

The location is excellent in being walking distance from most of the sites of Rome, and an easy bus ride to the rest. The place was clean and it was easy to access. It had what it was advertised to have. For a limited space, it was perfectly adequate, although you would not want to try and fit more than 2 people there comfortably.

It is a loft space as you can see from the pictures, so half the bedroom spaces are unusable. The roof is right above the ceiling with little apparent insulation. All day and night birds will walk and squawk above you with little to dampen the sound. It is a narrow, busy street, and while average street noise isn't bad, on Friday and Saturday nights nearby bars were pretty loud. Overall, be prepared to deal with noise during your stay. The elevator is the smallest I have ever seen, probably 3 feet x 3 feet. You cannot fit two people in unless they are prepared to be quite intimate. I ended up always taking the stairs while my friend rode the three floors. Good for my health, but be aware if you have people with mobility issues. It does indeed have a clothes washer, but it is very small, easy to overload, and can be quite loud.
