About this apartment rental
Apartment in the living heart of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Navona near the Vatican, yet very quiet, equipped with every comfort, independent heating, air conditioning, sheets and towels provided, detergents and soaps in the kitchen and in the bathrooms, dishwashers, etc. very nice furnishings and classic. Suitable for honeymoon couples but also for families with children or couples of friends, thanks to the presence of two bedrooms and two complete bathrooms. The rates are discounted in relation to the duration of the stay. Completely renovated in 2012, located in the heart of Rome, you can reach it on foot in 5 minutes: Piazza Navona, Castel S. Angelo, San Pietro and the Vatican Museums, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Trinità dei Monti. Equipped with two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed, the other with two single beds, in each bedroom there is a bathroom, in the double bedroom the bathroom has a bathtub in the one with the 2 single beds the bathroom has the shower. The two bathrooms make this apartment ideal both for a family and for two couples. In the large living room, illuminated by two large windows overlooking Via della Vetrina, there is a sofa and a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is small but well equipped with everything including a dishwasher. The air conditioning in summer is very pleasant, even if the house is old so with the thick walls it is still fresh, and as there are windows on two fronts it is pleasantly ventilated. In winter the independent heating allows you to heat it to your liking. The bathrooms are complete, in marble, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, recently renovated. In the living room you can add a single bed to sleep a fifth person or a cot for a baby. A good Wifi Internet system will allow you to surf as you wish.
All kinds of bars and restaurants, not exclusively tourist, are in the house and a supermarket is 30 meters away. The Vatican is beyond the Tiber, 10 minutes on foot. You are in the heart of Rome but the apartment is calm and quiet, especially the double bedroom which overlooks an internal courtyard. Despite being on the first floor the house is full of light.

Our experience of Rome was significantly enhanced by this lovely apartment, perfectly located by so many major sites, restaurants and shopping. The hosts were quick to address any questions or concerns we had. There was a small glitch with the apartment not cleaned till after our check-in time. But the host was gracious enough to let us in early to drop off our luggage so we could explore the area as the finishing preparations for the apartment were taken care of. A lovely apartment, perfectly located with a gracious, attentive host! What more could you want! Grazie, Fabiola & Alberto!!!

Our stay was fantastic! The photos are completely accurate, and the space was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms was perfect for our family of four. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from everything, yet on a quiet street. Roberto was incredibly helpful, arranging transportation from both the airport and train station and checking in with us throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend booking!

The location of this apartment could not be better. It is a five minute walk from Piazza Navona and within walking distance to all major tourist sites. There are an unlimited number of amazing restaurants nearby and the surrounding area oozes charm with beautiful streets and alleyways all around. The apartment is spacious with one bedroom large enough for a couple and the second bedroom smaller with a twin bed fine for a child or single person. The kitchen is ok with equipment for preparing breakfast or snacks. I wouldn’t expect to prepare any major meals as it is quite small. Having two bathrooms is a plus, however the only shower in the small bathroom is so tiny that we both had difficulty moving around while showering. The shower also had drainage issues and we couldn’t take very long showers for fear of flooding the bathroom. Taking into consideration the age of the building, the hot water was decent, but the plumbing fixtures did not work properly and the toilet in the main bath ran constantly. The main living area was not comfortable as there was an old sofa and only hard dining chairs for additional seating. The tv’s in the living room and bedroom only got a few limited Italian language channels and no cable. We were there in December and the apartment was cold. There was a mini split unit, but no instruction on how to use it. We never saw the manager in person. They were available by text, but it would have been helpful to have instruction on the heat and laundry.
