The beds in the house were clean.

1. The car porch was so dirty. Probably the maintenance only happens inside the house but not outside. The leaves and lizard droppings were everywhere. 2. Behind grill, there is no lock. This has raised safety concerns. 3. The gate is the exact size of a luxury car entrance, such as a BMW 7. It was too difficult for us to park the car inside the porch, as the gate is exactly at the main busy road, and every time we need to come out from the house, someone has to check the traffic first. 4. Behind the house is a Malay graveyard. 5. The neighbors' kids were too loud in the pool until 11 PM. 6. Due to the poor cleanliness outside, there were mosquitoes in the house. 7. The third room upstairs bathroom has a bad odor. It smells like a septic tank leak. 8. The admin mentioned that the deposit would be refunded within 24 hours upon check-out. However, this was not done even after 48 hours and two follow-up messages.
