Everything is good n the apartment is spacious n clean. View could have been better if my unit was not changed from 31 floor to 12 floor. Has all the basic utensils in the apartment. Overall satisfied with the apartment. Thanks

It's suppose to be a pet friendly apartment but l was charged RM50 for bringing my pet along which other pet friendly apartment don't charge. Anyway if extra cleaning is required the RM150 deposit can be used to upset it.

The location was very convenient. Near eateries and local malls. The owners gave very clear easy to understand instructions and check in was hassle free. We arrived in two groups. The host provided two set of keys, lift access and parking access cards, so two groups can arrive separately. Can just leave one set of keys in the mailbox. Also two parking lots provided. We were lucky to get side by side parking (saw some cars had to double park in one lot, lucky not us). There were 7 double beds, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen. Air cond and hot shower function well. All 7 of us were very comfortable. The host also provided shower gels, dishwashing liquid. Basically you're all set. Can boil water and keep in containers provided in the huge fridge. The view was also exceptional.

The bedroom furniture and dining table were a bit run down. Ironing board was wobbly and torn but at least iron was provided. There were towels and extra bedding in the store room but we were not sure if we could use those But my son used one anyway. The TV could not connect to internet. We accidentally burnt a hole in one of the bedding while using the iron but the host charged us a reasonable damage fee. There is a drying rack on the balcony but the host used it to dry their own bedding. Overall we had a good stay. The price is reasonable for a three bedroom at a convenient location

Located in newly developed areas of Penang with a gorgeous shoreline view of the city. House was spacious with 2 double beds in each of the 3 rooms and another double bed in the living room.
