Really cool apartment

As mentioned, no elevator

- Ideal location in the city center - Excellent design, all amenities available - Clean - Good communication with the owner - Comfortable bed and nice bathroom

- This is not a disadvantage of the apartment, you just need to be prepared for the fact that the apartment is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator, the last staircase is quite steep

We selected this property based on its photos, which looked very attractive. Its location is excellent, being very close to several public transportation stops and the pedestrianized Knez Mihailova street. The public transport is very good and free (except the E line), that permits you to go back and forward in the city as much as you want.

The biggest drawback was the sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We were told that this is a common issue in the city center of Belgrade, but it was particularly unpleasant for me because I have a very sensitive sense of smell. Unfortunately, the apartment was also not very clean. There were spiders in several areas, and the property would greatly benefit from a thorough deep cleaning. In addition, there were a few minor maintenance issues that could be easily fixed, such as unstable chairs, a non-functioning kitchen light bulb, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, and a loose shower head. It is a pity to see such a beautiful place so neglected, as it has great potential. Guests should also be aware that there is no elevator, and the stairs leading to the top floor are quite steep and difficult to navigate. This was not a major issue for us, but it could be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.
