Месторасположение отличное. Рядом остановка Зелени Венац, откуда можно уехать на многих автобусах. В том числе автобус 72 в аэропорт. Рядом рынок, до площади республики 10 минут пешком, до гостиницы Москва-5 минут, до собора Святого Саввы 10 минут, до набережной 15 минут. Апартаменты чистые, есть всё необходимое: посуда, утюг, фен, жидкое мыло. Кондиционеры в двух комнатах. Приветливый хозяин.

Страшный грязный переулок со ступенями, когда заходишь в дверь с улицы. С чемоданом неудобно. И ОЧЕНЬ громко шумит вентилятор в санузле. А выключить отдельно его нельзя, так как он на одном выключателе со светом. И конечно уже пора хотя бы подшпаклевать и подкрасить стены в кухне и спальне. Подушка твердая.

The location of the apartment was excellent, and we could easily reach everywhere. The apartment was very spacious, and the kitchen equipment was sufficient for a longer stay. The host was friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

The apartment is located at the back of the building and does not get any sunlight, which caused a strong damp/moldy smell inside. This could be an important issue, especially for sensitive guests. It is not very suitable for winter stays, as the apartment was cold. While the air conditioner in the bedroom was working, the other one was not effective in heating the space. There was no smart TV or internet connection on the television, which was a disadvantage. There were no spare bed linens or pillows, and the existing linens were of very low quality and quite old, which caused discomfort and even skin irritation. The towels provided were small, old, and insufficient. The bathroom cleanliness could also be improved.
