The apartment was easy to find, although there was briefly some confusion with the upper house. Great arrival, the apartment really felt like a home away from home. We liked it a lot.
If I had to mention a few small things, I'd definitely flag the check-out time - 10am really isn't ideal when you're on holiday. The cleaning lady basically swept us out along with everything else, since she also had to get her own work done - when you're on holiday, you want to relax and sleep in. And considering the price, I found that a bit much...
Other than that, I'd suggest providing bigger towels and maybe some kind of guide on how to use the various things.
We weren't able to use the outdoor area at all, though we also didn't have time to look for the things needed for it. Also, during booking it felt a bit odd with everything that was being asked for, etc.
But we'd still recommend it.

Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden und in mindestens sehr gutem Zustand! Das Info-Paket vor der Anreise war super und der Ablauf hervorragend erklärt!
Es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern.
