apartment is small but still in two floors. Toilet is only downstairs (tiny narrow stairs). No TV

Real Central. Real quite area but only 3-5 minutes to bars and restaurants

It was perfect, a bit of a squeeze for 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) but it can work no problems.

This was our 2nd stay. The apartment is as advertised. Location is excellent for food and metro. Very clean and comfortable.

Family of 5 stayed in July 2025 for 5 nights. Host was sincere, responsive, helpful, and made an intentional effort before, and during the stay. Most of the apartment is as described and pictured. Nice location and first floor unit (of a multi story building). Apartment seemed newer and felt fresh, clean, and well laid out.

Size. We had 2 adults and 3 kids aged 10-14 with 3 'large' (airline check in vs carry on) suitcases. And we did not have room to unpack the suitcases, or put them away anywhere. One bed could sleep 2 adults. One bed could sleep 2 children, although not well. One sofa bed (on the floor but with cushions as mattress) could sleep one child. There was another floor bed available (next to the larger bed) but not really feasible (would have to walk over the person sleeping to access the bathroom) and effort to put up put down the bed every day. Apartment has a first floor which has one (twin size) bed for 2 (small / non youth) children, one sofa bed for one child, a kitchen and an entryway. Then 'tight' stairs (would have to be intentional carrying a large suitcase downstairs) leading to the 'bottom' floor. Bottom floor area had one bed (for 2 adults) and 2 rooms for bathroom (toilet and laundry in one room + vanity and shower in another room). It was 'cramped' generally to fit all 5 occupants in either the 1st or bottom floor at the same time. Not a reflection of the listing or host per se, just 'looked / seemed' bigger than it was but that could be on us not paying close enough attention to the listing description.
