The location and the equipment
No estaba lo suficientemente limpio. Incluso había una mancha grande en una de las alfombras. La tapa del baño estaba rota. Terraza muy sucia. El propietario/gestor no respondió a las preguntas hechas en booking y no me mandó las instrucciones de checkin hasta que yo se las pedí la misma mañana del checkin
It wasn't clean enough. There was even a large stain on one of the carpets. The toilet seat was broken. The terrace was very dirty. The owner/manager didn't respond to questions posed on booking and didn't send me check-in instructions until I asked for them the morning of check-in.
