About this house rental
*Check in dates and check out dates of 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, and 01/01/26 will not be accepted*. Quiet, cozy, comfortable, colorful! This 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home is equipped with a 50" Roku TV with all the apps, full kitchen for all your culinary needs, laundry room to keep your clothes fresh and clean, office space so you don't fall behind on studies or deadlines. Room darkening shades in both bedrooms will help with any irregular sleep/work schedules and spontaneous naps. Large back yard with a peach tree, if you can keep the squirrels at bay, and an apple tree in the front yard. Driveway allows for one parking space and two spaces for street parking.
*Only two stoplights from I70 which takes you west, 45 min to one hour, to hiking, biking, skiing, or east, 20 min, to Denver city night life.
*One walking mile northeast is Ralston Creek Trail, which will take you over ten miles west to the Arvada Reservoir or head eastbound to connect with the Clear Creek Trail to take you over ten miles west to Wheat Ridge and Golden or east over 15 miles to Denver.
*One half mile north to Olde Town Arvada restaurants, shops, movie theater, and light rail.
*One quarter mile east to Columbine Park with tennis, basketball, & pickle ball courts!
Whether you're traveling for work or pleasure, come getaway to Quay!

Upon opening the doors we were all greeted with a sweet and welcoming aroma plus, gifts under the big screen TV. Each bed had clean bedding and an incredible mattress. The water stays hot during your shower no matter the length and fresh towels including extras are at your disposal. I could go on and on about the amenities and positives about this unique property but I'd be typing for the next hour. If you are looking for an entire house that's fully equipped at a reasonable price then I highly recommend the Quay Getaway as your next destination!

The space was lovely and well outfitted for a multi day stay. We particularly enjoyed the board games, and the kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook. We also appreciated the Easter goodies left by the host! You can see the mountains from the back yard!
