it was a nice house. we paid for early check in & were bummed that when we got there, it wasn't ready. But your folks were nice to deal with via text. I was suprised that you didn't let us know when it was ready (as promised) but as it was christmas, I didn't want to give anyone a hard time. we couldn't seem to cool the place down, and the hot tub was not working properly -- but I called once and then called again and you sent someone. Thank yoiu
