The house was clean and inviting. Communication responses with the owner were immediate when we had questions. The pool and hot tub are great. The kitchen had everything we needed if we needed it. We were only there for two nights and didn’t really use the property as the main focus was two concerts at Bank NH pavilion in Gilford. Easy ride to the venue. Overall, we’d definitely stay at the property again. I know they are doing some renovating and putting in an outdoor shower so next year and the years to come, this property will be even better.

We stayed 2 nights at this lovely little house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. Very close to fun stuff Laconia. The hot tub room was perfect since we had some rain, we were still able to enjoy the hot tub.
