New Hampshire Lake Winnisquam Lakefront year round home with panoramic views sleeping 6 Summer rental available with a boat slips large deck/dock with patio sets lounge chairs lake winnisquams clean and sandy beach is only a few houses away that you can either walk to or drive to as there is parking grills bathrooms and life guards also a fun deck to swim to and dive off or swim and fish right out front. Need fishing permit.. Close to golfing and shopping outlets mini golfing too. Weirs beach only 15 min away. Close to all major highways, fine and casual dining. Our lake house sits on top of the water having your own boat slip to park your boats jet skis kayaks. We have BBQ grills patio sets basketball hoop a washer dryer full bath wifi cleaning and trash service!

This great spot on Western side of lake on an acre of land set off a dirt country road so relaxing great hide away and only1 hour and 15mins from Boston.15 mins to gunstock mountain close to all ski resorts exit 20 off of 93n Don't forget the famous Tilton tax free outlet shopping mall only mins away and if you like to golf enjoy Lochmere's golf and country club. We offer trash pick up along with a fantastic cleaning staff. You will need linens for a queen two twins and one queen size futon. If we do supply your linens, please return clean in the bins. We do supply BBQ grills but you may want to bring an extra gas tank as we do not provide the propane.The grounds are well manicured. We offer many updates over the years . Amazing spot for families to make memories together, or even just a peaceful getaway. The views are absolutely stunning!!!!
And if you have a large family, there is a second building right next door to rent as well. Perfect for all ages and don't forget perfect for the dog too!

My husband, daughter and I had a great week at the house. Perfect for relaxing and having our boat with us. Nice updated kitchen, plenty of fans (much needed that week), and bonus washer/dryer in the unit! Lovely sitting in the living room overlooking the water. Hope to rent here again next year.

My family and I have rented properties on different lakes as our summer vacations in the past. As previous reviews had read, Catherine was 100% The most communicative host I have ever had. I truly appreciate it.The location was beautiful! Right on the water as pictured and great for our boat too!
When we got there though, the pictures online were very mixed, looked like a combination of house #1. View was spectacular, house had some updates, but not the cleanest with bug webs in the corners, pots and pans scattered about the kitchen. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, along with the TP holder and the sink was mostly clogged with very slow drain. I did alert Catherine and she was going to have someone come out that day, but we were heading out and our dog was at Camp. This should be on her cleaning crew, they should have alerted her of this and they would have if they cleaned throughly.
There are 3 houses on property and pets are welcome, but there is no way for a larger dog to get out of the water once in, so very little water access if you have a water dog.
There was no shades in the entire house, so luckily I had extra sheets to cover the bedroom windows at least, because the light is very bright early and the large parking light in the driveway shines into the rooms.
We knew there was no AC, but even with 8 fans going (they had some & we brought some of our own), this did not cut it. A stand up AC would be a great investment along with shades for the bedrooms.
