THE PROPERTY
Guests enjoy access to the home, surrounding yard, designated parking areas, and horse facilities. The property offers ample parking for trucks, trailers, horse trailers, RVs, and equipment. If you're traveling with horses, the on-site horse barn makes Canyon Acres Ranch an ideal stopover or destination.
Enjoy breathtaking sunrises, spectacular sunsets, star-filled skies, and the quiet sounds of the countryside. This is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and experience authentic ranch life.
WORKING RANCH NOTICE
Please note that Canyon Acres Ranch is an active working cattle ranch. Guests may see ranch personnel tending livestock, feeding cattle, maintaining equipment, or performing other ranch-related activities during their stay.
For safety reasons, guests must remain within designated guest areas and should not enter pastures, cattle pens, fenced livestock areas, equipment storage areas, barns, or ranch operations unless specifically authorized.
Livestock are an important part of the ranch operation. Please do not feed, chase, approach, or disturb cattle or other animals on the property.
Children must be supervised at all times.
ROAD CONDITIONS
The ranch is located on Canyon Road, a gravel road that may become muddy, snowy, icy, or rough depending on weather conditions. Guests should plan accordingly, particularly during periods of rain or winter weather.
HORSES & TRAILERS
Horse owners are welcome. The property offers convenient trailer access and ample room for maneuvering and parking horse trailers, livestock trailers, and other equipment. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring horses so we can help ensure a smooth arrival.

The place was clean and well furnished for our group. The one bathroom was a bit of a challenge. The furniture and kitchen appliances were new and useful.

This is an amazing find. Everything was amazing. The stars at night from the comfort of the deck stunning. I would urge anyone to stop for an evening or more when you’re in the area.

The house was very spacious, clean, and just as described in the listing. It's been really nicely remodeled with all the modern convenience, but retains its original feel. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. The location is a little off the beaten path, but worth the journey. We sat on the deck and watched the sun go down across the valley, listened to wild turkeys and coyotes howling. Very enjoyable stay, highly recommend!
